Sitting here.
Bored.
Listening to stupid "launch-cast radio" because I'm the only pathetic music-lover in the world that doesn't have an i-pod, or anything else like that.
The song that's on is actually semi-good.
It's called "Pieces of the Sun".
Hmmm....that kind of reminds me of Skittles. Only with the candy it would be "pieces of the rainbow".
Ah....whatever.
Blather, blather, blather.
Ramble, ramble, ramble.
I could do it forever.
Especially when I'm bored.
Oh...well.
I'm going on a little vaycay this weekend, didya know?
Maybe after on Monday I'll have something to blog about...

Peeps
Before I start, I must set you few blog readers straight.
What I am talking about in today's post is not actually the oh-so-yummy treat, but in fact a book...
Peeps, by Scott Westerfeld is a vampire story which is different than most.
It's fiction novel about vampires, explained by scientific information, mixed with a mystery, and has a bit of romance splashed in.
When I found the book, I had already read some of the author's other work (So Yesterday, and The Midnighters), and so I was thrilled that he had a book about vampires.
And when I actually recieved the book and read it, I was not disappointed.
To me, Peeps really stands out in a time where a lot of vampire stories come out bland and unoriginal.
So...you may be wondering, why exactly is the book called Peeps?
Well, in the book, all of the "vampires" in the world are called "parasite positives", or, when their title is abreviated, they are just called "Peeps". Get it now?
So...I would explain the whole plot, but I'm lazy tonight, seeing as I had a long day of camp. So...you'll just have to find out what happens in the book by yourself....by actually reading it!

Listen
Music.
Most everyone likes it.
So why shouldn't the blog have it?
Yes, if you head to the right hand corner of the blog you shall find the new "What I'm Listening To..." box.
There lies a playlist of some songs I like.
And, unlike some other music you can put on blogs, this kind is pausable. And fast-forward-able!
So...check it out!
Maybe there is something on the list that you like...

Curse you, soda!
ARGH!
I have sugar freeze.
Or....brain sugar?
Or...sugar brain?
Well, whatever it is, all I know is that it sucks.
Ugh.
After today, and the whole brain-sugar-ouchfest, I think I shall vow to never drink an A&W Cream Soda ever again.
Really.
Although I still can't figure out how it happened, since the can I drank was "diet".
Huh.
Well, A&W, I guess you've now got some explaining to do to a very exhausted girl who's not so lovin' the brain-sugar-thing...
